Bachata Core

Anyone who wants to dance bachata better needs strong foundations.

Stop memorizing steps and patterns.

Build the foundation your body needs to truly understand movement.

Less stress. More freedom, coordination, and confidence in your dancing.

Bachata Core helps your body make sense of movement, so your dancing feels more intentional, natural, and confident.

Watch the video below to discover why knowing the steps is not enough in bachata – and what really creates flow, coordination, and confidence on the dance floor.

Yes, this is for me

Start without pressure – with full access to the platform and the freedom to cancel at any time.

You probably know the feeling: you do not have much time to practice, and even after classes or online courses, dancing can still feel confusing and chaotic.

Sounds familiar?

These are some of the most common signs that the problem is not a lack of motivation or talent. Your body simply has not had the chance to build strong movement foundations yet.

01

You know the steps, but still lose track of what you are doing when you dance.

02

At socials, you keep thinking about what comes next instead of feeling the movement.

03

Everything works in class, but seems to fall apart on the social dance floor.

04

After class, you remember a lot mentally, but very little has actually settled into your body.

05

Even after classes, courses, and workshops, you still do not feel truly free when you dance.

06

Instead of flow, you feel stressed, tense, and unsure of yourself.

It’s not a lack of talent. The problem is that most people are taught steps, not movement.

That is why you can know plenty of patterns and still lose track of what is happening, tense up, and struggle to feel truly free when you dance. If your body does not understand how movement works, knowing the steps is not enough.

✕

When you mainly learn steps

  • ·You memorize steps, patterns, and sequences.
  • ·While dancing, you focus more on what comes next than on the music, your body, and the movement itself.
  • ·You remember a lot mentally, but very little becomes natural in your body.
  • ·As soon as the dance moves beyond what you have memorized, your confidence drops. Stress, confusion, and guesswork take over.
  • ·In partnerwork, it is easy to lose confidence. Once you run out of familiar patterns, tension builds and it can feel as though the whole dance is starting to fall apart.
✓

When you begin to understand movement

  • ·You start by learning where movement comes from and how it travels through your body.
  • ·You develop body awareness, coordination, and a clearer sense of how movement feels.
  • ·You do not simply copy what you see – you understand what you are doing and why.
  • ·You no longer have to keep guessing what comes next. You can feel the movement, respond to what is happening, and dance with greater freedom, confidence, and enjoyment.
  • ·You also feel more secure in partnerwork because you no longer have to control every moment in your head. You can respond, trust your body, stay present, and enjoy the dance.
I want to build strong foundations

See where movement really begins

In Bachata Core, you do not just learn what a movement should look like. You learn to understand where it comes from – and that is what helps it become part of your body.

This exercise shows that even a basic bachata movement does not begin with the step itself. It begins with the way your body works, connects different elements, and brings them together into one continuous flow.

Build the flow first, then add the details

In Bachata Core, you do not just learn what a movement should look like. You learn where it comes from – and that is what helps your body truly absorb it.

Natural movement starts with what happens inside the body

Nothing in dance happens by accident. First, you find stability and grounding through your legs, press your feet into the floor, and create mobility in your knees. Then you add controlled rotation. Together, these movement qualities create the kind of movement that later looks natural when you dance.

Coordination is what makes the basic step work

The main takeaway from this exercise is simple: when several movement qualities come together, they create the movement behind the bachata basic step. In Bachata Core, you prepare your body so the basic step becomes something you can genuinely feel and use – rather than something you only reproduce.

Bachata Core is the foundation that transforms the way you dance

This is where you build the kind of foundation that makes your dancing feel more intentional, natural, and confident – instead of relying on memorized steps and patterns.

A strong foundation for movement

Instead of adding more and more elements to an unstable base, you begin with what actually creates movement.

Your body learns where the step comes from, how weight transfer works, and how connection, leading, and flow are created.

More flow and better coordination

You work on the qualities that make movement feel lighter, smoother, and less tense.

This is not about creating a temporary “polished” effect. It is about developing coordination that you can genuinely feel and use in your body.

Intentional dancing instead of copying steps

Instead of trying to remember one step after another, you learn to feel the music more clearly, respond to what is happening in the dance, and move with greater confidence.

This is where copying movement ends and truly understanding it begins.

Bachata Core is not only a place to start. It is a foundation you can keep returning to as you develop. Strong foundations make every new element feel more intentional because it grows from movement your body already understands.

A foundation for the style you truly enjoy

Bachata Core gives you a base you can develop in the direction that feels right for you – whether you are drawn to bachata sensual, bachata moderna, traditional bachata, Brazilian Zouk influences, or another style.

When your foundations are strong, it becomes easier to develop your own way of dancing because every new element builds on movement your body already understands.

A foundation for partnerwork

When you understand movement more clearly in your own body, it becomes much easier to bring that movement into partnerwork.

You not only feel more confident in your solo dancing. You can also respond, lead, follow, and create more freedom and connection in the dance you share with your partner.

How does the system work in practice?

Bachata Core is not designed to become just another course you watch and never put into practice. It helps you train with intention, stay consistent without putting yourself under pressure, and turn what you learn into movement your body can actually use.

1

Shorter sessions, practiced consistently

You do not need long, perfectly planned training sessions to make real progress. Short, regular practice is far more effective than an occasional burst of intense training. You do not always need to complete a full session – sometimes just a few minutes of focused movement is enough to stay connected to what you are learning.

2

Not a course to finish – a practice to return to

Bachata Core is not a course you rush through, complete, and cross off your list. It is a movement practice you can keep returning to as your dancing develops. Your body does not learn simply by watching a lesson. It learns through focused repetition that gradually builds greater body awareness, freedom, confidence, and enjoyment in your dancing.

3

Feel the movement first. Refine how it looks later.

At first, the movement does not have to look perfect. Your body needs time to understand and feel it from the inside – the weight transfer, direction, connection to the floor, and coordination. Once these elements begin to work together, the movement starts to look more natural because its appearance reflects what is actually happening in your body.

Important – please read

Bachata Core supports what you learn elsewhere

You do not have to give up your classes, private lessons, or socials. Bachata Core helps you understand, reinforce, and put into practice what you are already learning, so more of it becomes natural and available when you dance.

As a result, your dancing feels more natural, fluid, and grounded.

And one more thing

Bachata Core strengthens your partnerwork

Bachata Core is not only about developing your solo movement. It also gives you a stronger foundation for partnerwork, because the better you understand movement in your own body, the more confident and responsive you become with a partner.

You no longer have to rely on memorized patterns to get you through the dance. It becomes easier to respond, lead, follow, stay connected, and feel more relaxed and free in the movement you create together.

One more thing

Because ultimately, this is about real dancing with real people

Bachata Core is not an end in itself. It is designed to change what happens when you actually dance – how you feel at socials and festivals, how you connect with different partners, and how confidently you step onto the dance floor.

When your body understands movement, you no longer have to wonder, “Will I be able to dance with this person?” You can step into the dance, stay present, and respond to what is happening between you, your partner, and the music.

What you get inside Bachata Core

Bachata Core is more than a collection of video lessons. It is a structured training system that helps you practice with purpose, recognize real progress, and build movement you genuinely understand and can use when you dance.

Build foundations that work on the dance floor

Lessons that help you develop the essentials: body awareness, coordination, flow, and a clearer sense of how movement works. Instead of collecting random new steps and patterns, you build your dancing on foundations your body can actually rely on.

Keep practicing, even when you are short on time

Short routines you can return to when time is limited, when you need a reset, or when you want to prepare your body before dancing. They help you stay connected to your practice, even when you do not have time or energy for a full training session.

Know what to practice and where to begin

A clear practice plan shows you where to start and how to work through the course step by step. From the beginning, you know what to focus on and how to use the materials in a way that supports your development. This gives you more clarity, consistency, and confidence that your practice is moving you forward.

Track your progress and know what to work on next

Clear checkpoints and feedback help you see what already works, what is beginning to feel natural, and what still needs more attention. You no longer have to guess whether you are improving. You can recognize your progress more clearly and know where to focus next.

Why this works better than a typical online course

Most online courses give you access to content, but access alone is not enough. You watch the lessons, learn a few new elements, and often never return to them. Bachata Core is designed differently – it turns the course materials into a structured practice you can actually use in your development.

A typical online course
  • ✕Gives you access to lessons, but does not always show you how to use them in practice.
  • ✕Often becomes a cycle of watching and memorizing one new element after another.
  • ✕Makes it easy to focus on copying the instructor instead of understanding what is happening in your own body.
  • ✕Does not give you a clear way to return after a break.
  • ✕Leaves you unsure where to begin, what to practice, or how to structure your training.
  • ✕Makes it difficult to recognize what already works and what still needs attention.
  • ✕Makes it easy to lose consistency, direction, and motivation.
Bachata Core
  • ✓Is designed as a practical tool for your development – not simply content to watch.
  • ✓Gives you both the lessons and a clear system for using them in practice.
  • ✓Shows you where to begin, what to practice, and how to structure your training.
  • ✓Helps you develop movement you genuinely understand and can use, instead of simply copying steps and patterns.
  • ✓Gives you clear checkpoints, feedback, and guidance on what to focus on next.
  • ✓Includes ready-made return paths, so you can come back after a break without frustration or confusion.
  • ✓Works alongside your current learning – whether you attend classes, take private lessons, or dance at socials.
  • ✓Helps movement become something your body can rely on when you actually dance.

Let’s be honest

If you have ever caught yourself thinking…

“Is fifteen minutes even worth it?”

“Do I have to start from zero?”

“Where do I even start again?”

It is not about being perfectly consistent. It is about knowing how to return.

Short exercises and quick routines that keep you connected to movement, even on a small day.

Ready-made return paths matched to how long you were away — so you come back instead of beginning again.

A clear plan and checkpoints that show you where you are and what to work on next.

Who Bachata Core is for – and who it is not for

Bachata Core is for people who already have some experience with bachata – even if they are still at the very beginning – and want to develop their dancing with greater awareness instead of simply memorizing one step or pattern after another.

Bachata Core is for you if...
  • ✓You have already taken your first steps in bachata, even if you are still a beginner.
  • ✓You attend classes, dance at socials, take private lessons, or have tried learning through online courses.
  • ✓You feel that memorizing steps, patterns, and combinations is not enough.
  • ✓You want to understand how movement works and build stronger foundations.
  • ✓You want your dancing to feel more natural, intentional, and confident.
  • ✓You are looking for a system that helps you practice with purpose, return after breaks, and keep developing with a clear sense of direction.
Bachata Core is not for you if...
  • ✕You are not interested in dancing bachata.
  • ✕You are only looking for ready-made patterns and combinations to copy quickly.
  • ✕You are not interested in developing strong foundations, body awareness, or a deeper understanding of how movement feels.
  • ✕You expect to improve simply by watching the lessons without putting them into practice.
  • ✕You are only looking for quick results and do not want to spend time developing the fundamentals.

Meet Adriana

Adriana Drozdowicz is a dancer, choreographer, and movement educator.

Her teaching brings together stage experience, dance education, and a deep understanding of the body. She helps people not only improve their dancing, but also understand how their bodies move and learn.

Adriana is a certified dance instructor specializing in jazz dance, as well as a stretching and yoga instructor and a qualified massage therapist. For years, she has been developing her own movement methodology, in which technique is not the ultimate goal, but a tool for creating greater freedom, confidence, and quality of movement.

Her competition and stage achievements include first place and the Audience Award at the International Bachata Social Competition 2018, third place at BachataStars Poland 2018, and the Polish and European Championship titles won together with Duda.

As part of the international dance partnership Duda & Adriana, she taught workshops at festivals in Poland and abroad. She regularly teaches in cities including Gdańsk and Warsaw. She has also led the Polish team in Judith Cordero’s international Judith Ladies Styling project and currently leads Adriana Ladies Team.

Adriana is also the co-founder of e-Bachata.com and President of the Tańcz od Serca Foundation.

What sets her apart, however, is not only her experience or achievements, but the way she teaches – creatively, with close attention to movement quality and with the belief that dance can create meaningful change, not only in the way people move, but also in the way they feel about themselves.

Through her work, Adriana helps students develop more than technique. She supports them in building confidence, finding the courage to express themselves, and discovering a way of dancing that feels genuinely their own.

She believes that dance can lead not only to better movement, but also to greater authenticity, confidence, and joy – both on and off the dance floor.

3rd place in Pro Jack & Jill at Esencia Paradise – Barcelona, May 2026

In May 2026, Adriana placed third in the Pro Jack & Jill competition at Esencia Paradise in Barcelona.

This achievement means a great deal to her – not only because she made it onto the podium, but also because the Pro category brought together teachers, performers, and highly experienced dancers.

At this level, knowing patterns is not enough. Movement quality, musicality, connection, adaptability, and the ability to stay present with each new partner all play an essential role. These are the same qualities Bachata Core is built around – foundations that help you not only look better when you dance, but also feel the movement more clearly, respond with greater freedom, and create a genuine connection with your partner and the music.

Frequently asked questions

1. Is Bachata Core right for me if I am still a beginner?+

Yes – as long as you have already had some experience with bachata and want to understand movement instead of simply memorizing one new step or pattern after another.

Bachata Core is not only for advanced dancers. It is designed for people who have already entered the world of bachata – even at an early stage – and want to build stronger movement foundations.

2. Does Bachata Core make sense if I already attend classes, take private lessons, or dance at socials?+

Yes. Bachata Core does not replace the way you currently learn – it helps you get more from it.

You can use the system alongside classes, private lessons, and socials to reinforce what you are learning, understand movement more clearly, and make your practice between sessions more effective.

3. Can I use Bachata Core without a partner?+

Yes. A large part of Bachata Core focuses on skills you can develop on your own, including body awareness, coordination, weight transfer, body movement, and movement quality.

Developing these skills in your own body also gives you a stronger foundation for partnerwork.

4. How much time do I need for Bachata Core to make a difference?+

You do not need perfect conditions or long training sessions.

Bachata Core is built around the idea that short, regular practice is more effective than occasional bursts of intense training. Even when time is limited, you can stay connected to movement and continue developing within the real rhythm of your life.

5. What happens if I take a break and lose my rhythm?+

That is completely normal. Bachata Core is built around the reality that breaks happen.

The system includes ready-made return paths that help you come back without confusion, frustration, or the feeling that you have to start again from zero.

6. Is Bachata Core just a course to watch, or will it actually help me dance better?+

Bachata Core was not designed for passive watching. It is a movement-development system that shows you how to practice, revisit the material, recognize your progress, and turn what you learn into movement you can actually use when you dance.

The results still depend on practice, but the system gives you a clear structure for putting the lessons into action.

7. How is Bachata Core different from regular YouTube tutorials?+

YouTube tutorials often show you what to do. Bachata Core also helps you understand where the movement comes from, how it works in your body, and how to practice it so it becomes available when you dance.

It is the difference between copying a movement from a screen and developing it until you can feel, control, and use it naturally on the dance floor.

8. Does Bachata Core replace private lessons with Adriana?+

No. Bachata Core does not replace personalized feedback and individual work with Adriana.

It can, however, be a powerful complement to private lessons. The system helps you understand, reinforce, and practice what you are working on, so your development continues between individual sessions.

Bachata Core can also be used as a complete standalone training system.

9. When will I receive access to Bachata Core?+

You will receive access immediately after completing your purchase, so you can start using the materials right away and return to them whenever you need them.

10. How does the monthly subscription work?+

The monthly plan gives you 30 days of full access to Bachata Core for $39, taxes included.

Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel it before the next renewal date. As long as your subscription remains active, your access continues without interruption.

11. How does the annual subscription work?+

The annual plan gives you 12 months of full access to Bachata Core for one payment of $279, taxes included – the equivalent of about $23 per month.

This is the best-value option for people who want to develop their dancing consistently over the long term and have uninterrupted access throughout the year.

12. Can I cancel my subscription?+

Yes. You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription before its next renewal date.

After canceling, you will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your subscription will not renew, and no further payment will be taken for the next billing period.

13. How long will I have access to the materials?+

You will have access for as long as your monthly or annual subscription remains active.

If you cancel, you can continue using Bachata Core until the end of your current paid access period.

14. Will Bachata Core also help me with partnerwork?+

Yes. The more clearly you understand movement in your own body, the easier it becomes to respond, lead, follow, stay connected, and feel confident with a partner.

Developing your own movement creates a stronger foundation for greater freedom, connection, and enjoyment in partnerwork.

15. What can I continue with after Bachata Core?+

Bachata Core is at the heart of the Always Dance Aware system. It gives you the movement foundations that support everything you may want to develop later.

Future levels will build on this base, allowing each new skill and movement quality to grow from something your body already understands.

Step onto the dance floor with more freedom, confidence, and joy
